The featured starter pack at this link grants Rector Drath, Fayne, Krok'mar, and Seeker, and pairs well with Whisper for a strong early roster.
How to claim the free Whisper promo code
Claiming Whisper requires starting a new account through a promo link that lists her as a reward. The process is straightforward:
- Click the promo link before installing the game. The link must be used on a device that has never had Raid Shadow Legends installed.
- Complete the tutorial and reach the point where the game asks for your name.
- Enter the promo code exactly as provided. The code is usually pre-filled if you use the link.
- Finish the tutorial to receive the champions and resources in your inbox.
Remember that you can redeem only one new-player promo code within the first 72 hours after registering. Choose carefully, because you cannot switch to another code later. The free Whisper is often part of a package that includes other champions and resources to help you progress faster.
What other champions can you get with promo codes
Beyond Whisper, several other champions are available through starter promo links. The video highlights overlooked codes featuring Kallia, Esme the Dancer, Razelvarg, and Apothecary, along with valuable resources. These champions can fill specific roles in your team, such as damage, support, or healing.
For example, Ultimate Deathknight, Brakus the Shifter, and Teodor the Savant are also mentioned as obtainable through certain promo codes. Each link typically grants two or more champions, so you can build a balanced lineup from the start. The video also notes that some codes are aimed at existing players, offering resources rather than champions.

Halloween promo code and all-player rewards
A special Halloween promo code for all players is expected to be revealed in the next GameGeeksTricks video. This code will likely be available to both new and existing players, unlike starter codes that require a fresh account. The video teases this code but does not provide the actual code yet.
In addition to the Halloween code, the video mentions all-player rewards worth checking. These may include resources, shards, or other items that can be claimed by anyone. Keep an eye on the channel and enable notifications so you don't miss the reveal.
Common issues with Raid Shadow Legends promo codes
Many players report that promo codes do not work, especially if they are not new accounts. Promo codes for new players are typically tied to a specific link and can only be redeemed once per account. If you are a veteran player, you may not be eligible for these starter packs.
Another common problem is that some codes expire or have regional restrictions. Always check the expiration date and the terms before using a code. If a code fails, ensure you are entering it correctly and that your account meets the requirements. For existing players, the video suggests looking for codes that offer resources rather than champions, as these are more likely to work.

Questions & answers
Why do my promo codes not work?
Promo codes often fail because they are intended for new accounts only, or because the code has expired. Ensure you are using the link correctly and that your account meets the requirements. Some codes also have regional restrictions.
Can veteran players use these promo codes?
Most starter promo codes are for new players and cannot be used on existing accounts. However, the upcoming Halloween code is expected to be available for all players, including veterans.
Is it better to save ancient shards and draw 10 at a time?
Yes, saving ancient shards for x10 summon events increases your chances of getting epics and legendaries. The game often runs events with boosted rates, so waiting can be more rewarding.
How many promo codes can I redeem?
You can redeem only one new-player promo code per account, and it must be done within 72 hours of registration. Choose the code that best fits your desired champions and playstyle.
